Registration

Organisations that carry out high-value and/or high-volume transactions and charitable fundraising in England, Wales or Northern Ireland can apply to register with the HRBR.

Registering shows your commitment to good business practice in a way that is legal, open, honest and respectful. You will be able to use the HRBR Regulated Badge on your marketing materials and be listed in our public directory to show you are signed up to the business best practice regulations.

Display The HRBR Badge

Registering with us and displaying the HRBR Regulated Badge – the logo that says ‘registered with HRBR High-Risk Business Regulator’ – shows your commitment to excellent business and fundraising practice. It means people can have confidence in the way you carry out your activities. You can download the badge and guidelines on its use from our registered users’ area.

We take unauthorised use of the badge very seriously. If an organisation displays the badge but is not registered with us, we will seek its immediate removal. If organisations continue to refuse to comply, we will report them to other appropriate regulators and potentially take legal action.

Access More Opportunities

People are more likely to do business with or to give to organisations that have registered with HRBR regulation.

Protect the good name of your Industry

Regulation can only be effective if it is adequately funded. By paying your share you’re helping to protect the reputation of the whole industry sector. Effective funding means we can promote good practice and act against those organisations that damage the reputation of legitimate organisations.
